The Special Equipment Manufacturing License, also known as TS certification, refers to the administrative action taken by the national special equipment safety supervision and management department to supervise and inspect relevant units involved in the production, design, manufacturing, installation, modification, repair, use, and inspection of special equipment. Units that pass the evaluation are granted a license to operate and are permitted to use the TS certification mark. If TS certification is not obtained within the prescribed period, the state will not allow them to engage in economic activities in the relevant fields of special equipment.
