On February 21, 2025, Chaoda Valve Group Co., Ltd. held its annual management meeting at the Pullman Hotel in Oubei, Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province. Chairman Wang Hanzhou, General Manager Huang Mingjin, and heads of various departments attended the meeting. Under the theme of “Deepening Management Reform and Consolidating the Foundation for Development,” the meeting systematically summarized the 2024 operating performance, reviewed the strategic plan for 2025-2028, and made specific deployments in key areas such as production, quality, administration, and market innovation.
The meeting was chaired by Wang Qunlin, the company’s administrative director. In his opening remarks, Chairman Wang Hanzhou reviewed the overall operating situation in 2024. He pointed out that in the past year, the group achieved steady revenue growth by optimizing production processes and strengthening quality control, and made initial breakthroughs in the field of intelligent manufacturing. Regarding the development plan for the next three years, the chairman proposed core principles such as “focusing on the main business, improving quality and efficiency, and innovation-driven development,” emphasizing the need to continuously enhance the company’s core competitiveness through a dual-engine approach of management reform and technological innovation. Production and Quality System Upgrade
Deputy General Manager Wang Ce gave a special presentation on production system reform, proposing “reform of the production and quality system, vigorous expansion of AI intelligent integration, accelerating the application of AI technology in production and quality management, and building an intelligent monitoring system.” He stated that in 2025, the focus will be on improving the digital quality traceability platform, optimizing process standards and procedures, and gradually realizing real-time monitoring and analysis of production data to provide technical support for quality control.
Administrative Management System Optimization
Administrative Department Manager Wang Qunlin reported on the progress of administrative reform, clearly identifying “refining job responsibilities, improving personnel reserve management plans, and strengthening employees’ team spirit, safety awareness, and self-discipline” as key annual tasks. The newly revised “Administrative Management System” is planned to be piloted in the second quarter, further improving management efficiency through standardized processes and enhanced collaboration.
Solid Foundation and Parallel Innovation for Development
General Manager Huang Mingjin emphasized during the annual work plan: “We must steadily focus on production and quality, while simultaneously innovating products and markets. Adhering to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, we must strictly control production quality to ensure the market advantage of our main products; at the same time, we must accelerate the research and development of innovative products, focusing on breakthroughs in valve technologies in emerging fields such as hydrogen energy and deep processing.” According to the plan, the group will establish a special innovation fund to support cooperation between the R&D team and external research institutions, with plans to launch 2-3 intelligent new products this year.
The meeting reviewed and approved the “2025-2028 Strategic Implementation Outline,” clarifying that the next three years will be divided into three phases: “Management Reform Year,” “Technological Breakthrough Year,” and “Market Expansion Year,” to promote the implementation of goals. In his concluding remarks, the Chairman required: “All management personnel must strengthen their sense of responsibility, unleash management vitality through institutional innovation, and expand growth space through technological breakthroughs to ensure the effective implementation of the strategic plan.” As a leading enterprise in China’s valve industry, Chaoda Valve Group has always focused on both technological innovation and management upgrading.
