Delayed coking is a secondary petroleum processing technology that uses hydrogen-depleted heavy oil as feedstock, undergoing deep thermal cracking and condensation reactions at high temperatures (approximately 500℃) to produce rich gas, crude gasoline, diesel, wax oil, and coke. Delayed coking feedstock can be heavy oil, residual oil, or even asphalt. Delayed coking products include gas, gasoline, diesel, wax oil, and coke.
The bellows-sealed ball valve mainly consists of a valve body, upper valve stem, bellows, lower valve stem, and pins. Both the upper and lower valve stems have a pair of helical grooves (with the same helical direction), and two pins are fixed to the valve stems, allowing the pins to move freely within these grooves. The lower valve stem connects to the ball to control the valve’s opening and closing. The bellows-sealed ball valve achieves stem sealing through the combined action of packing and bellows, resulting in zero leakage between the valve and the external environment. Because the bellows can only withstand tensile and compressive forces, it is only suitable for valves where the valve stem moves linearly up and down during opening and closing. Therefore, bellows valves are generally limited to gate valves or globe valves. To broaden the application of the bellows sealing principle, Chaoda Valve Group has developed the bellows-sealed ball valve.
